COWBOY UP!
When a cowboy is thrown from a horse or bull, or otherwise injured and is on the ground; after rising up, "COWBOY UP!" is chanted to celebrate.
I will be talking, reporting, and hopefully teaching about many of the ways we are all being thrown down and hurt in life. We are in spectacularly dangerous times and a way to survive, prosper, live ethically, and find ways to pick ourselves back up is now a very difficult course to find.
Our problems both today and to come in the future, have all been faced by mankind throughout history. As a start, I am providing some of the problems that have happened previously. History shows what steps were taken and how those methods succeeded or failed. So far, no methods have managed to permanently solve any of our problems. But, success has frequently been found, even if just temporarily.
This is from when the Mexican state of Texas-Coahuila had to deal with impossible problems with Texas's previously promised right to statehood when the Texas area of the state of Texas-Coahuila had sufficient population and infrastructure. The government of México had essentially failed and been replaced. Thus that promised statehood could not be obtained from the acting Government of México. At that time, Texas was still a part of México.
Texas Declaration of Independence
The Declaration explained why the Thirteen Colonies at war with the Kingdom of Great Britain regarded themselves as thirteen independent sovereign states, no longer under British rule.
Please note that at this time, there did not yet exist a nation called "The United States of America".
Many years would pass before the Constitution was written.
After the war, but before the Constitution, The Articles of Confederation would form a loose grouping of the states also called "The United States of America". Despite the same names, they should be considered two different entities.

The Second Continental Congress produced The Articles of Confederation on November 15, 1777

Hammurabi's Legal Code was written around 1780BC.
It is the earliest known set code of justice.
In other places, justice was not a fixed code, but rather a system of justice set down at the moment by whoever decided each case.

A vast number of economic systems have been tried throughout history.
Frequently, even the same political entities have tried a large variety for themselves.
For example, it is not unreasonable to consider the Roman Kingdom, the Roman Republic and the Roman Empire to essentially be composed of the same people, but trying many different systems during that long historical period.
This section will try to enumerate some of these systems and their successes and failures.
